On request of the prosecutor Belyaevka district are protected the rights of the pensioner

Prosecutor's office Belyaevka district Orenburg region carried out an inspection according to the address of the local concerning violation of its pension rights. It is established that from 1978 to 1980 the applicant worked in state farm "Burtinsky", however the specified length of service is not considered at calculation of the size of pension as the employment records are absent. The applicant received the archival reference in which the data which are not coinciding with his passport data are reflected. For restoration of the rights of the applicant the prosecutor appealed to court with the statement for establishment of the fact of accessory of the archival reference to the applicant.
