Kola district are revealed by Prosecutor's office of violation of requirements of the budgetary legislation

Prosecutor's office Kola district Murmansk region carried out an inspection of observance of requirements of the budgetary legislation in activity municipal authorities. According to Federal law of the Russian Federation of 31 July 1998 No. 145-FZ "On the Budget Code of the Russian Federation" the municipal task for rendering municipal services is formed by municipal authorities in the order established by local administration of municipal educations.
