Consideration of the appeal came to the end not in favor of an okhotinspektor. In Novovarshavka district district court Omsk oblast the final sentence on appeal business of an Omsk okhotinspektor was pronounced on January 17, reports newspaper "Moskovsky Komsomolets". The sentence of world judges which was pronounced earlier, remained in force — the okhotinspektor was found guilty of drawing a beating to the villager and fined 5 000 rubles.
