Prosecutor's office Beloyarsky Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra carried out an inspection of observance of the labor legislation in JSC YuKEK-Beloyarsky. It is established that at implementation of final settlement with the left worker the organization on account of repayment of debts made deduction of 100% of subjects at dismissal payments. Meanwhile by Art. 138 of Federal law of the Russian Federation of 30 December 2001 No. 197-FZ "On the Labor Code of the Russian Federation" it is provided that the general amount of all deduction at each payment salaries cannot exceed 20%.
