Residents Takamatsu Prefecture of Kagawa in the west of Japan participated in action of the first heat in cold water traditional suyninryu style. Roots of this tradition go to the period of Edo which proceeded with 17 up to 19 eyelids. Style of swimming which moved ahead the local governor as a form of martial art, is non-material cultural property of the city. Thirty people took part in action.
