In Baley district prosecutor's office restored the right of residents of the house flooded with a high water for receiving measures of the state support

Interregional prosecutor's office of the Baley district of the Zabaykalsky Territory carried out an inspection of observance of the rights of citizens, victims of emergency situations. It is established that as a result of a high water of 2021 in Undino Poselye's village the private house in which lives four persons suffered. The administration of the municipal area "Baleysky area" recognized the specified house to subject capital repairs. Thus emergency this house is not included in number, despite impossibility of accommodation in it. Prosecutor's office sent to court claim about house recognition by the emergency.
