Prosecutor's office of the Kurmanaevka district of the Orenburg region in connection with the arrived address of the local carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation on minors regarding provision of housing for orphan children and children without parental support. It is established that the applicant was included in the list needing providing with premises in 2010, however the housing was not provided to it. For restoration of the violated rights of the orphan the prosecutor of the area appealed to court with the statement of claim about a duty of local administration to execute law requirements.
