The mayor of Lebedyn, located in Sumy Region, addressed in Security Service of Ukraine because of Father Frost's appearance on a school holiday, reported the Ukrainian Editor-in-chief edition information portal "GLAVRED.INFO" (it is blocked to Russian Federation).
