Within the charitable event "Fir-tree of Desires" the deputy State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Valery Aleksandrovich Vlasov, removed from a fir-tree 5-year-old Arseny's card from Kazan. He dreams to become a police officer. Employees of State traffic inspectorates Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Tatarstan helped the boy to achieve dream – he spent day as the car inspector.
