Prosecutor's office Nizhnyaya Tavda district Tyumen region carried out an inspection according to the address of the 68-year-old local resident about protection of the housing rights. The woman could not issue the property right to the premises which have remained after death of her mother in 2015. It is established that mother of the declarant since 1971 Bottom Tavda lived in the apartment 42,9 sq.m. in the village, in 2009 in a judicial order recognized the right for the apartment, but did not issue the property right in accordance with the established procedure.
