Prosecutor's office of the Kurmanaevka district of the Orenburg region in connection with receipt of the address carried out an inspection of execution of requirements of the housing legislation. It is established that the Volga Village Council No. 31-r of 12.09.2022 the family of the applicant is struck by the Municipality Administration Order off the register as needing premises. By results of studying of this resolution it is established that the adopted legal act contradicts the existing federal legislation and is subject to reduction in compliance with the law.
