Alexander Khinshtein headed a rating on coefficient of usefulness of deputies of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. Results were presented today to information agency "ITAR-TASS" by political scientists Martynov Aleksey and Danilin Pawel. "Alexander Khinshtein — the first practically in all respects. First, it has the highest index of citing. Secondly, it has the highest assessment of experts. Thirdly, at it not the highest, but a good index of popular vote.
