The deputy Diet of Republic of Latvia Alexander Karlovich Kirshteyns ("The national block"), acting in parliament, urged to send from the country 200-250 thousand Russians. He referred to "The declaration on occupation", adopted by Latvia in 1996. It contains the requirement to turn out to Russian Federation all citizens of the former USSR.
