Parliamentarians discussed parameters budgets Lipetsk regarding expenses on the social sphere in 2023. On the commission on education, the chief financier Lipetsk Tatyana Grigorova told culture, sports and youth affairs that 60% of all expenses of city treasury, and are 9,6 billion rubles, will be directed on the social sphere.
