Under the resolution of prosecutor's offices the organization is fined 1 million rubles for commission of a corruption offense

Prosecutor's office Akhtubinsk Astrakhan region carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation on counteraction corruptions. It is established that the representative of the commercial organization in June, 2021 made attempt at bribery to the chief of territorial department of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for free transportation black metals on the cargo car. In this regard the city prosecutor's office against the commercial organization initiated proceedings on the administrative offense provided p.1 by Art. 19.28 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences (illegal remuneration on behalf of the legal entity).
