Konstantin Kosachev declared that Russian Federation can become the initiator of reforms international law

The vice speaker Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Konstantin Kosachev, participating in the eighth forum "Primakovsky readings", declared that Russian Federation can become the initiator of reforms international law, reports Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti". "Russian Federation can assume mission of the initiator of consecutive reforms international law and its improvement" — Konstantin Kosachev declared.
