The Azerbaijani minister brought to Moscow optimism

Russian Federation continues to fight for the status of the main moderator of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict. Such conclusion can be drawn from the statements which were heard within visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Azerbaijan of Dzheykhun Bayramov to Moscow. Despite the general pessimism which arose after failure of a meeting of leaders Armenia and Azerbaijan in Brussels, mister of Dzheykhun Bayramov declared: until the end of the year still it is possible to manage to organize new negotiations. And his Russian colleague Sergey Lavrov promised to render it all assistance.
