In Kyra district court passed the decision on claim the prosecutor about collecting compensation of moral harm to the victim in road accidents to the child

Prosecutor's office Kyra district Zabaykalsky Krai carried out an inspection upon road accidents with infliction of harm to the 12-year-old child. It is established that on January 14, 2020 in the village Mangut Kyra district the local, operating car, made arrival on juvenile child who has suddenly run out on the carriageway. As a result road accidents are caused to the pedestrian the damages which have done heavy harm to health, and also moral harm.
