In Beya district the local is condemned for murder of the acquaintance

District court of the Beya district of the Republic of Khakassia pronounced a sentence on criminal case concerning the 28-year-old local. He is found guilty of the commission of crime, the criminal code of Russian Federation (murder) provided p.1 by Art. 105. It is established that in February, 2022 the defendant, being in an alcohol intoxication, during quarrel from the acquaintance struck it blows with a knife and a brick in head area. From the got injuries the victim died on a scene. Further with the purpose to hide traces of crime the malefactor dumped a body of the victim in a cellar, having covered with garbage, burned in the furnace of a thing of the victim and went to bed...
