November 21. information agency "Interfaks" - Arbitral tribunal of the city of Moscow on Monday partially satisfied claim Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia), having decided to collect with Mikail Shishkhanov and Lukina Alexander solidary 71,2 billion rubles, reported to information agency "Interfaks" in the press service of vessels. As it was reported, originally claim was declared on September 22, 2020 to the former beneficiaries, to members boards of directors and to top managers of PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "BINBANK" to Mikhail Gutseriyev, Mikail Shishkhanov, to Lukina Alexander, to Konstantin Kalagin, to Morsin Petr and to Lyubentsov Kirill solidary collecting losses from them in favor of PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY BANK "FK OTKRYTIE" of 85,4 billion rubles. 15 ...
