In Romania fined large oil refinery

Management ecological protection of Constanța in the southeast of Romania fined the largest oil refinery of the country — Rompetrol Group N.V. Rafinare 100 thousand leev ($21 thousand) for rejection of measures for prevention of emission of harmful substances in the atmosphere.
