To children and drunk citizens forbade to walk with pets

In Vladimir Region approved the list of new requirements for walking of pets. Among short stories - a ban of walks with pets drunk. The relevant resolution was published by Veterinary Medicine Department of administration of the Vladimir region. As it is specified, now owners of animals are obliged to drive individuals of dangerous breeds on a lead and with a muzzle, and also to clean after pets. Pollution of public places by products activity of dogs is inadmissible. Walking is allowed only in specially taken away places. It is forbidden to walk with dogs, being in an alcohol intoxication.
