In Orenburg Region after intervention of prosecutor's offices 6 orphans received well-planned apartments

Prosecutor's office Saraktash district Orenburg region according to the address of six locals carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation on minors regarding provision of housing for orphan children and children without parental support. It is established that applicants were included in the list needing providing with premises during the period from 2015 to 2018, however housing by it was not provided. For restoration of the violated rights of orphans the prosecutor of the area appealed to court with statements of claim about a duty of local administration to execute law requirements.
