Chapter International Olympic Committee asked about a neutrality to sports

According to Thomas Bach if sports become the political tool, it will collapse. "Unlike other conflicts in the past, this time some countries decided that have the right to refuse to athletes participation in the Olympic Games for political reasons" — Thomas Bach commented on discharge of the Russian athletes.
