Prosecutor's office of the Motygino district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation in the housing-and-municipal sphere. It is established that contrary to requirements of the law, the heatsupplying organization LLC OKTPB "ENERGIYA" prior to the beginning of the heating period of 2022-2023 provided less than 70% of requirement for firm fuel on sources of a heat supply in the settlement of city type Razdolinsk Motygino district.
