Pokras Lampas and Xenia Rappoport were expelled from council for culture by Saint Petersburg

The governor Saint Petersburg Alexander Beglov disposed about an exception of the artist Pokras Lampas (a real name — Pyzhenkov Arseny) and the national actress Russian Federation Xenia Rappoport from the list of structure City council on culture and art. About it it is reported on informational and analytical portal "ZAKS.ru". From council also were expelled the ex-employee of the Hermitage Dmitry Ozerkov and the former director of TSVZ "Manezh" Prigara Pawel.
