Prosecutor's office Ulug-Khemsky district Tyva Republic carried out an inspection of performance of the budgetary legislation. It is established that in March, 2022 between Ministry formations of Region and the commercial organization the state contract on performance of work on capital repairs buildings general education schools by No. 2 Shagonar is signed. Prosecutor's office revealed discrepancy of acts of the performed works to the actual volumes. The extent of the caused damage made over 2,5 million rubles.
