In Irbit prosecutor's office in a judicial order protected the housing rights of the pensioner for favorable conditions of accommodation

Interregional prosecutor's office of the Irbit district of the Sverdlovsk region carried out an inspection according to the address of the pensioner living in a mudflow of Pyankovo Irbit district, about violation of her housing rights. During supervising actions it is established that the declarant had repeatedly legal proceedings with Administration Irbitsky MO in connection with inadequate technical condition of a municipal building in which she lives. However because of legal illiteracy and old age, she could not achieve success. In total in its claims more than 26 civil cases are considered.
