On Friday of Liberal Democratic Party of Russia held constituent conference on creation of the office in Donetsk People's Republic (Donetsk People's Republic). However, it passed to Rostov Region as, according to liberal democrats, to hold similar large-scale event with participation of representatives of Ministry of Justice in new territories while it is difficult.
