The vice speaker Legislative assembly of Perm Territory got confused in own documents

The vice speaker of Legislative assembly of Perm Territory Aytakova Xenia who heads regional committee of Communist Party of the Russian Federation, and the head of Communist Party of the Russian Federation in parliament Baranova  Anna were compelled to withdraw the amendments offered by them to budget for 2023 — 2025. They are issued with violation of laws, and deputies have no right to vote on them.
