In the Volga village Osypna Bugor will try to revive once forgotten and thrown airfield of DOSAAF. The resident of Astrakhan Ruslan Khairov together with team of adherents won a grant in 350 000 rubles at the All-Russian competition youth projects. Thanks to this sum activists will be able to realize the project "Aviamodel club "Chkalov's Successors" and to present to aero club the second life.
