Prosecutor's office through court obliged administration of Nizhnyaya Tavda district to put cemeteries on the account

Prosecutor's office Nizhnyaya Tavda district Tyumen region carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation at the order municipal property and established that in the territory of the Nizhnetavdinsky municipal area is located 34 cemeteries which have not been put on the state cadastral account. Prosecutor's office the area appealed to court with the requirement to oblige administration of the area to carry out the state registration of the right for these objects.
