The Finnish scientists found in the wood an ancient artifact

In the province Region of Tavastia Proper in the south Finland locals during earthwork found an ancient sword in the wood. When a find showed to archeologists and attracted the Finnish museum agency, it became clear that the sword belongs, most likely, to the XI century — the end of an era of Vikings. The first research showed that the found sword — only the first of numerous finds. The artifact brought archeologists to edge of a big cemetery that testifies that in Region of Tavastia Proper the large settlement settled down in those days.
