Prosecutor's office of Moscow region directed to court criminal case about illicit trafficking in counterfeit alcoholic products

Prosecutor's office of Moscow region approved the indictment concerning the inhabitant Moscow Region. He is accused of commission of the crimes provided by the item of h. 6 Art. 171.1 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (acquisition, storage and transportation for sale of unmarked alcoholic products, in especially large size), the item of h. 2 Art. 171.3 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (illegal storage of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products in especially large size), p.1 Art. 180 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (illegal use of someone else's trademark).
