In Mozhaysk prosecutor's office directed to court criminal case about illegal hunting

Mozhayka city prosecutor's office of the Moscow region approved the indictment on criminal case concerning two inhabitants Moscow Region. They are accused of the commission of crime, the provided h. 2 Art. 258 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (illegal hunting). According to inquiry, the man in July, 2022, being in the territory of hunting grounds of the Mozhaisk city district, without having special permission to production of hunting resources, made shooting of three animals (an elk, the roe).
