Von Kramon considers the French-German plan as "good chance" for Kosovo

The French-German initiative on Kosovo is good chance for achievement of break in negotiations on "normalization of the relations" between Belgrade and Pristina. Such opinion was expressed on October 24 by the speaker European Parliament on Kosovo Viola von Kramon.
