The inhabitant Kotovo district is condemned for sale of drugs

District court of the Kotovo district of the Volgograd region announced a sentence on criminal case concerning the 40-year-old local Sergey Bykov. He is found guilty of the commission of crime, the criminal code of Russian Federation provided p.1 by Art. 228.1 (illegal sale of drugs). The state charge on criminal case was held by Prosecutor's office of the Kotovo district of the Volgograd region. In a court session it is established that in June, 2022 of Bykov Sergei sold to the acquaintance of 2,59 g of cannabis (marihuana). In deeds it completely admitted guilt.
