Prosecutor's office Erzin district Tyva Republic carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation when using means of a maternity capital. It is established that to the local resident at the birth of the second child the decision of territorial office RPF issued the state certificate on a maternity capital. In 2021 the woman got premises with use of means of a maternity capital, however the obligation on registration in share property of premises with children did not fulfill.
