Summit 2022. Place and role of the countries Latin America in G20

Having faced in the early seventies the first post-war system economic crises, dominating western powers undertook some basic coordination maneuvers. Among them creation in 1973 of an intergovernmental political forum of G5, then in 1975 of G7 and, at last, in 1997 of G8 which concentrated till 2014 on economic and financial problems then the system glitched. As a result of political adjustment "the elite club" was compelled to expand the borders at the expense of arising new powers and actively developing countries, the present was not created yet...
