The committee Legislative assembly of Perm Territory under budget considered on October 19 the bill of reduction of the charter of the region in compliance with the new federal law on the public power in subjects Russian Federation. Among other things he assumes to allocate deputies with the status of civil servants, that is to extend to them all ban, characteristic for officials.
