Taganrog transport prosecutor's office directed to court criminal case upon threat of murder

Taganrog transport prosecutor's office approved the accusatory resolution on criminal case concerning the local. He is accused of the commission of crime, the criminal code of Russian Federation provided p.1 by Art. 119 (threat of murder if there were bases to be afraid of implementation of this threat).
