In Temryuk district after intervention of prosecutor's offices orphan children received keys from well-planned apartments

Prosecutor's office of the Temryuk district of the Krasnodar Territory carried out an inspection of observance of the legislation on the housing rights of orphan children and children without parental support. It is established that the Ministry of Labour and social developments Krasnodar Territory provided a subvention on acquisition of well-planned premises for persons of the specified category. However officials of administration in defiance of requirements of the federal legislation a long time did not take a measure for development of the allocated subventions that created prerequisites of violation of the housing rights of orphan children.
