Ministry power engineering specialistsRomania declared the beginning of implementation of the large-scale program for encouragement of owners of apartments and private houses in the territory of the country for the saved kilowatt-hours of the electric power. The Bucharest newspaper Jurnalul reports on October 6 about it. According to preliminary data, about the January 1 of the 2023rd year the responsible tenant of the housing which has spent less than 300 kWh of electricity, will be able to count on the state compensation in the amount of $30 to $100.
