Spain makes a new attempt to put the end to the most painful for it a historical question — about a role and heritage of the dictator Fransisko Franko. Until the end of October the Senate will consider and, as expected, will approve the bill "About Democratic Memory". The initiative is urged to finish heritage of frankist and to pay tribute to those whom during dictatorship considered as representatives of "Anti-Spain".
