Prosecutor's office Ulug-Khemsky district approved the indictment on criminal case concerning condemned, serving sentence in correctional facility and committed the crime provided p.1 by Art. 313 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (escape from the imprisonment place, made by the person serving sentence). It is established by the made investigation that the man condemned in 2020 for theft in especially large size (the item "in" of h. 3 Art. 158 of the criminal code of Russian Federation) by 3 years of imprisonment, served sentence in a colony settlement. In June, 2022 the condemned left the territory of correctional facility and deliberately disappeared...
