One of the largest British airlines – Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd – allowed pilots and stewards to wear a female uniform, and to stewardesses – man's. As declared in the air carrier press service, its management enters a gender and neutral dresscode for employees. Pilots and stewards and pilots who "do not feel as men", can put on a female uniform – the skirt, the fitted jacket and shoes on a heel.
