In Vietnam the tropical storm "Noru" threatens with floods

The meteorological service Vietnam lowered typhoon classification "Hole" to a tropical storm, is spoken in the statement on a site of Government Socialist Republic of Vietnam. At the same time the authorities warn that the specified elements can cause floods and landslides against heavy rains which it will bring with herself. "Hole" fell upon Vietnam in the morning on September 28. The first the brunt of the disaster was accepted by Province of Quang Nam where there is a historical city of Hoi An and the resort Da Nang.
