SKR opened case on the brigade commander of VSU because of attacks Donets Basin

Moscow, on September 27 - newspaper "Argumenty i fakty". Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation opened criminal case concerning the commander of the 72nd separate mechanized crew of VSU Yvan Vinnik because of attacks of civilians Donets Basin. According to SKR, proceedings initiated according to p.1 Art. 356 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (the civilian population abuse, application in armed conflict of the forbidden means and methods). His persons involved, besides Yvan Vinnik, became also a number of the military personnel of the 56th separate motor-infantry brigade of VSU.
