State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation can return to consideration of the bill establishing a priority of use of standard samples, developed in Russian Federation. Such samples farmproizvoditel use for controls qualities of series of drugs. Now the majority of players continue to apply production of pharmacopeias of United States of America and Europe, delivered through the third countries. The current version of the bill allows to monopolize the market to subordinated MINZDRAV FBU, but is not excluded that to the second reading the document will change.
