As newspaper "Kommersant", Ostankino District Court of Moscow completely acquitted the former chief of managements department on work with VIP clients JSC joint-stock commercial bank "Probiznesbank" Zakharov Dimitri. He was accused by SKR of an illegal conclusion from the banks in €4 million for accounts of companies allegedly affiliated with it. The transaction, according to the investigators, was made in 2015 shortly before bankruptcies JSC joint-stock commercial bank "Probiznesbank", being at that time by one of the largest Russian credit institutions.
